I am truly upset with this company, after looking at the website I was so pleased with what I saw everything looked beautiful. After receiving my silk flowers I open up the package and petals on the flowers are coming off along with the inside of the flowers. Customer Service what a joke I could sense the sarcasm over the "live chat" and the complete rudeness of the rep who's name is not even worth mentioning. I mean I felt like I was chatting with my girlfriend instead of a professional customer service rep. It's funny how some of these comments say that there is a number you can call because the rep I spoke to said there wasn't. What a huge mistake I will be returning these flowers and then will probably have to deal with another horrible experience. "WHAT A NIGHTMARE"
