In June 2012, I will be moving out of my Bay Area home for the first time! I'm moving down to Santa Barbara to attend UCSB and trying to find an affordable apartment at a good location seemed liked it was going to be pretty difficult for me. After browsing around different real estate options, I stumbled upon Wolfe & Associates Property Services and even found their convenient Facebook page. After contacting them, they did everything to accommodate my price range and preferred living situations. After talking with several other options, I KNEW I was going to be most satisfied with Wolfe & Associates. Since then, I have signed a lease and they have even taken time out of their schedules to create free advertisement for me to find other roommates. I spoke with Nick on their Facebook page (his replies were very quick and helpful) and he even allowed me to put his contact number in my Craig's List add--which I found very nice because I told him it was my very first Craig's List add I had ever made, so his helping hand made me feel valued. 5 stars rating!
