SCAM! my promised $135 turned into $275 for my window to be installed and everything

I asked for a rear drivers side door window to be replaced online they gave me one quote option. it was 135 i was ecstatic. I bought the window and they said ship to you in 10-14 days 2 days later... now im pissed i need it replaced now. then they said you can pay $29 for overnight shipping to our facility in pasco (16 miles away from my house) I said no i am poor. now im even more pissed they are definitely not working for the customer. then i call them on the 14th day and they say well today is thursday and the order hasnt been recieved yet and it will be shipped tomorrow and at the pasco facility on monday. i get a call monday from them saying your card was declined because they just decided to surprise charge it on me after 18th day... im reallllllly pissed! then they said bring a blanket so i called them wondering what theat meatn if they were installing my window. they said well we gave you two prices i said no i cant install a window myself, i wopuldve picked the install price if it was given to me, it wasnt and they advertised to install it on their homepage. then Cheryl called me back and said that a local chop can install your window in shop for and extra $140. I was super fucking pissed after that. SCAMMMERS!!!
