I stumbled upon Westwood Legal by accident and I'm very happy that I did. Initially speaking with them, we confirmed a plan of action to take my interest only payment and cut it down into a principle and interest payment that I could live comfortably with. It was set to triple. The staff has been terrific. Everything I am being told, I am seeing reflected by lender documentation and behavior. The staff has been competent and knowledgable and their communication is constant. Times have become difficult and so they waived a payment for me and are still pursuing a result for me. Thanks guys!
