I had a similar experience with Westside Appraisal. I have done a lot of work with them and the great majority of invoices were paid within a timely matter. I had 2 open invoices which I had been trying to get paid for. I was emailing my invoices to asther@wsanationwide.com and really nothing came of it. I did call in regards to the open invoices and spoke to someone in there accounting dept. They said that they had a new system in place and assured me I would be paid for my open invoices. They told me to send my open invoices to accounting@wsanationwide.com. I was paid in full 2 1/2 weeks later. I suggest anyone that has an open invoice to send your invoice to accounting@wsanationwide.com. It worked for me. Just a suggestion.
