In response to the complaints against this company I would like to state that there is clearly a sign right in front of the door that says in big red letters ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES. I know the owner very well and he would not threaten to slap anyone, especially not a woman. The only time I have ever seen him yell at a customer was when they came in being very rude and requesting special treatment (a refund or credit) which is against company policy. The business is very well taken care of and Bernard and Rodney Coates are very helpful and respectful as long as the customer gives them the same treatment in return. People who are rude can't expect him to be nice to them in return. It doesn't work that way. The business is doing very well and stays busy so people should have patience and respect for the workers who do their best to help every customer as soon as they can.
