VIP Options worked for me. I understood I had to reach out to the owners of the properties myself.I paid $80.00 for the self search and found several homes. It took several days for the owners to call me back and do a walk through. It did take some time to go through the listings but over all my experience with VIP Options was a good one. They could use some help on the customer service line with people being on hold for 5 minutes. But if you call the IRS or any other business that has high volume you will sit on the line for up to 20 minutes. It was worth the wait because I do not have good credit and I found an owner that let me rent with no credit check and only first months rent. So again, it was worth waiting for.
