This company should be closed. They have the worst customer service that I have experienced in awhile. I tried to get a Scooter from this business and although they claim that they stick with people, they was no help to me. My mom needed a Scooter before she had her hip replaced and this store was the first one I thought of so I called them. After about two weeks of waiting on them to come up with a desicion they turned her down flat. I guess it was her insurance or something. Anyway I called Aeroflow and they stood beside my family the whole nine yards and now my mom has her Scooter. I don't see how this business is still around. Instead of them spending there money on so many commercials stating how good they are they should pay for a class teaching them how to be better at customer support.
