After years of struggling with MGC Mortgage company and paying $3000 a month in interest only payments, I was afraid we would lose the house. I contacted Brett at HDN and not only did they help me figure out the complicated process he checked up with me
and encouraged me to pursue it even when I was ready to give up and give in. They were incredibly professional and provided the guidelines that I'm sure, in the end, got me the modification. In fact when we were signing the mod. papers our notary said that
modifications like these just don't happen often or at all these days. She was very impressed. We went from Interest only to Interest/principle/Insurance & Taxes and we're still paying less than our interest only. We are at 3.7% rather than 6.75% and we're
finally addressing our principle. MGC is till trying to make our future miserable because the modification only lasts three years. But now I have time to plan for the next re-fi hopefully with another company. Thanks Brett!
