The only reason for the 3 stars is the cost of their services are what I would consider on the high end. I guess you get what you pay for so it should be expected. That being said the two individuals they sent over worked very well with our employees and the final analysis they presented to us seemed honest and enlightening. Some of the issues they brought to light were very disconcerting when we started added up all the revenue we had been losing over the last couple of years. Well you have to start somewhere and now we have a plan on how to move forward.
