We had two of their associates out to our offices for over 3 weeks. What started out as a simple organizational exercise turned into a full blown restructuring plan. The extra costs were extensive but the amount of work that was provided far exceeded our expectations. I truly believe this may have saved our company down the road. I can see now the path we were on was unsustainable.
