Had a Great Time, Recommend It

Although I had heard and thought about speed dating before, I had never tried it or looked into it. So when I received a Groupon from Speed LA Dating, I thought "why not?" I asked a friend to go with me and had a great time. I didn't know what to expect, and was a bit nervous at first, but the hosts were very nice and helpful, and answered any questions I had. There were more women than men, so for a couple of rounds I sat by myself, but that was ok, as it was good to take a break. I met a variety of people from different backgrounds, culturally, personality and occupation-wise, and it was a nice change to try this method of meeting people. The girls stayed seated, and the guys rotated around the room, with 5 minutes to talk to each person. At the end, each person wrote down their top 5 picks, and were e-mailed any matches the next day. Oh, and the location was a nice, the ambience classy, and the food was good. I have and would recommend Speed LA Dating to someone looking to try speed dating.
