I am a former employee of SMC, I worked there for 4 weeks, and witnessed first hand, abuse of staff, abuse of "Do Not Call" lists, and people on the phone speaking to potential customers worse that I would speak to a dog. In my desperate job search, I found SMC and while i considered it far below my skill level and standards i had no choice at the time. I was trained in the "SMC sales program" which basically meant that they would rather have a representitive be hung up on than take no for an answer. I watched as another employee, a young single mother was berated and cursed at because she was not "performing". i walked out that day, and never went back.
i decided to sign up for an account myself to see what people had to go thru... not realizing the near impossible feat it takes to get a refund, i bought two memberships, to see the difference, i bought a "Platinum Membership" for $599.99, and i bought a "Silver Membership" for $15.00 dollars for shipping and handling, i recieved BOTH kits on the same day, and they were both shipped within two weeks of the date they were shipped to me, well within the 30-day money backguarantee. I have STILL not recieved a refund for the Platinum membership, and will STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINsT GETTING STARTED WITH SMC, UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!
SMC hires the true bottom of the barrell,drug addicts, ex-inmates, and the management is just as bad. and you are trusting these people with valuable personel information... BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
