I ordered a subscription to Nickelodean in January. In the spring I called, and they said it had not been processed. I called in June, and they said they didn't even offer that magazine and offered 2 years of Disney. I called in August, and they said if I hadn't gotten anything in 3-4 weeks to let them know. I called back in September, and she told me to send in a letter, which I did asking for a refund for the above reasons. It is November 17, and still nothing. I called 2 days ago and left a very ugly message, and I tried again yesterday and today and the phones aren't working now all of a sudden.
