I have been working with HKA for several months, trying to negotiate a new mortgage with my lender. Anytime I would contact HKA the would promptly reply to me. I have been trying to reach them for the past several weeks and no one in the company resopnds to my e-mails or phone call. I have left several different messages with several different people and no one returns my call. I paid them $3,000.00 for a service and I have no idea what is happening. I understand that if they are not able to negotiate a new mortgage for me, that is a risk I'm willing to take but to not even return mhy calls or e-mails and let me know what is going on is either very poor customer service or it is just one big scam.
