Here is a copy of the letter I sent to the president of the company.

Dear Mr. Rodgers,
Recently I contacted your company concerning the activation of a well my husband and I have on my property, but have never used. This was the first time we’d purchased a property outside city limits. To our knowledge the well had not been in use for at least five years.
Your initial team looked it over and told us that the pump was fine, but the output indicated that the well had been clogged up and that the solution could be as simple as an acid treatment, or it could mean having to drill a new one. We opted to try the acid treatment first.
We arranged for the acid to be dropped in the following Wednesday and flushed on Thursday. On Wednesday two men showed up. They were very polite. Jess directed activities and they proceeded to pour the acid into the well. They had parked their truck outside my gate, since a low hanging power line would impede any other strategy.
Upon leaving unfortunately they’d forgotten that it was an automatic gate, and though I’d asked them to wait a moment while I clicked the opening code, one of them shot home the big bolt that locks it – which caused something in the gate to break.
Jess did everything he could, but did not know how to fix it. He called Danny at the store who sent out someone else who also had no luck. Danny told me to go ahead and have the gate company come out and fix it and we would settle up later. This was accomplished the following Friday.
Of course, Jess came out to complete the flush on the well the next day – and it worked beautifully.
My job with Lockheed Martin is Quality Assurance Analyst. If Jess was working for me I would rate him very highly on his customer interactions, his knowledge, skills and abilities and on his willingness to accept responsibility in case of adversity.
Your company treated me with the respect and concern I would like to see in any organization. Danny worked with me to arrange a mutually satisfactory plan concerning the gate and handled the problem with aplomb.
Jess took extra time after bringing the well to full usage to explain in detail how the system worked and how I should maintain it through the year. This kind of service should be appreciated.
I will be sending a copy of this letter to the Better Business Bureau along with my AAA+ recommendation.
