Mr.Bob White took a 50% deposit for a total of $1,500.00 on 8/20/2010 towards window shutters. We have called all stated phone numbers and e-mail him. He has not return any of our phone calls or responded to our e-mails. We had a scheduled date for installation on 10/16/2010 but no one showed up to do the work. We are still waiting for a response from this company and it does not look like we are going to ever hear from them. We have been made aware that other customers are going through the same ordeal with this company.
