During a recent major home remodeling project involving the addition of a second story to my forty year-old home, configuration for running an adequate air duct system was inadvertently overlooked by the architect and engineer. Eight different heating/air contractors visited the site, offered their strategy, and submitted corresponding bids. Only Ralph presented reasonable options at an affordable price. He was extremely personable and even though my general contractor was pushing for a cheaper option, Ralph sided with me in persuading him to do it right, not cut corners. Several phone conversations were required while negotiating the right system. Ralph was very helpful and knowledgeable. In the end, Ralph secured the best equipment, installed it in the most practical manner, and actually beat all but one bid with his price (that bid however would not have included direct air supply to two rooms that Ralph figured a way to do). On a scale of 1-10, he earned a 9.9 and this grateful recommendation.
