Friends DON'T let friends go to Rainbow Veterinary Hospital! I experienced evasiveness when asking pricing questions three times, while coming to the pay counter and getting billed for shots, blood draws and X-rays I did not request or authorize. The office manager and front office lady encourage threats that "If you don't sign this waiver before your dog's teeth cleaning, it may take longer and we'll have to reanesthetize your dog." Ouch! And let me make a prediction: they'll get out the ear scope and suggest your dog's ears should be flushed, even if you're there for a nail clipping. They'll suggest a rabies shot 1-1/2 years before it's due, while telling you on the phone it will be $17, yet coming to that all-famous pay counter and being charged $22. Until they get their front office issues resolved, don't go there in this economy -- PLEASE!
