This company failed to get a permit from the city prior to starting work. When the city came out to inspect, they found 11 issues wrong with our HVAC unit. QHM refused to address the issues. We filed a complaint with the contractors state license board. We won the case and QHM was to pay us $1265 so that we could pay someone else to bring the HVAC unit up to code. They failed to do so and now their license has been suspended according to the contractors state license board.
