Punkin Butt diapers carries a great range of merchandise, but failed to deliver on a timely basis.
I've placed orders with Punkin Butt on two occasions; once just before Halloween 2007, and once on November 25, 2007. The Halloween order for one item was filled quickly and without incident, and Audrey was able to help me source additional items that I needed quickly. My November order however was just delivered on March 14, 2008, nearly four months later.
Repeated communications were required to have the order filled after a glitch with her website and her phone falling in the toilet, and two items I purchased directly from the website (and were listed as being in stock) could not be sourced and delivered, despite the huge time delay. One item in fact was replaced with another similar, slightly more expensive item, without checking with me first. As a result, instead of receiving three diaper covers of different colors, I have received three covers of the same color, from two different manufacturers.
Because of the time and effort required to receive my order, I won't be ordering again despite good merchandise at good prices. I will also not be pursuing the different colors I ordered - I can't be bothered at this point! I should note though that as a good will gesture, Punkin Butt did include two free infant Snappi fasteners (retail value of $4.50) and a small (.5 oz?) sample size of Bottom Balm (retail value unknown). Personally, I would have preferred my order to have been shipped on time and with the desired items instead of the token items, but I guess she was trying to salvage the situation.
