I have been ripped off

I have told publishers guide that I did not want any magazines. I talked with a representative and she said I did not have an account and would not get charged or get magazines. Next thing I know I am getting magazines and getting charged. I called and asked then to stop sending magazines and charging me. But they would not. Now a collections person tells me I owe about $200.00!! How do I get put of this mess??
