I have been an active member with Printromm since 2006. At first very satisfied with all features until 2010 when they stopped paying profit checks on a regular basis. They owed me hundreds and I worked hard to get most of it. You have to be aggressive about getting your money from them. I was persistent and eventually got my money. I've switched to a more professional service that has excellent support as well as excellent service. I suggest you get out of PrintRoom while you can. My feeling is they won't last much longer!
