had service with this company for several months. contacted them concerning technical problems, they tried to fix, but could not. told them i would like service cancelled. they told me that service would be cancelled, but i was still charged. when i contacted them to get service cancelled they said they cancelled service, but they would not refund charges. filed complaint with bbb.
