When I tried on a wedding dress off the rack at Paulette's Ambiance, it was too big and was not the color I wanted. The owner wrote down the dress and said she would order the dress I needed, with the right size and color. A few weeks later, I called to make sure the dress had been ordered, and the owner said yes and that it would be in four months later. After four months, I called again to find out if it had come in yet. A few days later it had apparently "arrived". I went to try on the dress and it fit fairly well, but the tag on the inside said the wrong size and the wrong color. I took it home and noticed there was a slight makeup smudge on the front of the dress. I realized that the owner had given me the dress I had tried on the rack 4 months ago instead of a new dress. I called the company that makes the dress I wanted and they said that my dress had never been ordered. The owner had lied to us. After confronting her, she would only give us half the money back. My mother and I had her call the company that makes the dress I wanted, to find out if we could rush order another dress. She said that the company would not be able to do that for us. This was another lie. We called the company ourselves and they said it would be possible to rush order the right dress. We rush ordered it through another store. The owner of Paulette's Ambiance is untruthful and is only concerned about making money. She is a liar and does not have the consumer's best interest in mind.
