I have once again run into trouble with this company. I went online to order prints from my niece's wedding and saw a 2 for the price of one special, so I ordered more than I normally would have. I ordered 8 prints for around $72 total, which I thought would cost around 1/2 of that + shipping. I apparently did not see the words at the very bottom of the shopping cart which stated that I would receive a free duplicate of each print I ordered - hence the 2 for 1. First of all, why would I want 2 of everything? Why was this only explained after I paid on the credit card - since I didn't see the words at the BOTTOM of the cart? I admit I should have read the "fine print" but this was totally misrepresented throughout the whole process until the payment page. I will not order from PICtage again. April 19, 2010
