Minor complaint, but indicative of why we want to move our account: After standing in line for 25 minutes, and turning over my I.D., my phone number, my account number, I was told I couldn't cash a check for change and that I had to go to the ATM, withdraw money from a different account and come back: I waited in line at the ATM, paid $2 for the privilege of getting out my own money, and then had to wait in line AGAIN for a teller to give me my change - all this, despite the fact that we've had an account there since the mid 1990s and there's over $27,000 in it. I never raised by voice, was never rude, but also...never received any kind of apology or acknowledgement of my inconvenience. I guess they really don't WANT customers.
