Reference: New Pipes Now
To Whom It May Concern:
New Pipes Now has been such an asset to Mission Grove HOA. We are a large complex with 380 units, located in San Jose. We have experienced quite a few challenges when it comes to our plumbing. Rob and his team have dealt with each job in a diligent and professional manner. Two particular jobs I must mention were when we had a tenant in an owner's unit unlawfully due for non-payment of rent. Her bath water was running for three days due to a broken valve, when Mission Grove found out about the problem Rob came over and he guided me as to what to say to the police to gain access to the unit, since the tenant was non-cooperative. Rob was able to gain access and do the necessary repairs; the owner was very relieved that the issue was resolved. Another was a major leak going into 3 units. New Pipes Now went in took care of all the repairs in each unit. I received calls from all 3 residents praising Rob and his team for the work that was done. The comments were that they were courteous, neat and the work was done very well. One owner who has lived here for quite a few years was so impressed with Rob and his work ethic he gave management a key to his unit. This reflected well on Mission Grove Management as well as the Board of Directors.
When New Pipes does repairs they do not do temporary fixes like another vendor-Aqua Tek we used prior, who would do a temporary fix and come another day to do a permanent fix. This was there protocol and it was very costly to the HOA, I know sometimes parts have to be ordered but most of the time they were small jobs that should have been a permanent repair that same day.
One last word Rob and his team always take the time to explain what the problem is and what action was taken to rectify it. He's not a vendor who nickels and dimes us and that is a very important attribute that has not gone unnoticed. To sum up New Pipes Now, they are a group of people who are honest, hardworking, courteous, and competitive in pricing. These are qualities that cannot be overlooked when choosing a vendor.
