This company is a fraud. ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE A LIE. DON'T BELIEVE IT. I wasted $6000 on them thinking that they could modified my house since it was a neg amort loan. Talking to the salesman, James Bennett, told me that my loan mod would be a slam dunk. But little did I know that the people in charge of the paper works did not know what they were doing. They kept switching me back and forth to different people. And they kept blaming each other by saying I don't know what the other person did. it kept going for six months and no results. All I hear is that we don't know anything yet. It made me really mad because there was really no professionism in this but just excuses. When my house had only 7 days left before it's sold, I called them and they did not even know that I had only 7 days left. They told me to file for Bankruptcy or Litigation. I'm like if I had to go thru all that you should of told me at the beginning. They kept wanting to submit a new set of paperwork. I even got more angry. How do I get all these latest numbers and documents overnight. I just can't get all the documents together. They should of done it right the FIRST TIME if they called themselves experts in this field. So there was nothing else they can do and they close my file. If I had the money, I would sue this company for ripping consumers money off and get them to close their company down. STAY AWAY, DO NOT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM. IT'S ALL A LIE. SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T BE LIKE ME. I LOST $6000. IT'S TOO BAD, YOU GUYS WOULD OF GOTTEN 3 MORE REFERRALS IF YOU DID IT RIGHT LIKE YOU SAY.
