I strongly urge anyone considering doing business with hthis company look around first. On Sept 23, 2007 I bought I laptop from this company. It took me weeks to be able to pick it up. Wheni did I discovered that I had been taken. In the interim I had looked at new computers at Best Buy and could buy a new computer that is actually better for laess money. One that actually has updated software, a warranty, and a power cord tht actually works. I requested a refund since that I had never actually picked up the computer and was told "we don't do refunds". Basically I was duped. The man is not honest. Be very careful dealing with him. Also it is very odd to me that when I first asked for the refund he didn't have any ratings with the BBB, but on the very day I told him I would go to the BBB, vilola he has three in one day.
