My father ordered 3 plants and a terrarium from mycarnivore from my sons birthday in may of 2012 and when it arrived the terrarium was cracked, everything else was in great shape. The terrarium was damaged from shipping. I sent an email and got a quick response. A replacement was sent and I received it sooner then expected. My son loves the plants and I appreciate the great customer service.Thank you mycarnivore.
