Scam!! Scam!!! Horrible company! I filled out an application on lending tree for an FHA loan. I was then contacted by Allen park from mortgage close. He was very nice and seemed helpful and I was confident everything was going to work out. I gave them the 995 they requested, got my pre approval letter and made an offer on a house. Then I hadn't heard anything from mortgage close for about a week so I called to check in. Our lender Allen was fired and replaced by Claudia and we had to start all over again. Now Claudia will not email or call me back ... We are using a new lender now who will be closing our loan in 8 days and we are currently fighting for our 995 back. This company is a joke! Buying a home is a serious matter that shouldn't be handled with this type of unprofessionalism.
