Delivery on time? NOT...

I purchased bedroom furniture for my children at Mor Furniture. At the time of the purchase I was quoted a 3 week delay in delivery. (they advertise same day delivery) Here we are at 5 weeks after my purchase and still no furniture. At this point they have my furniture in stock but they are unavailable to deliver it until April 3rd. My kids have slept on the floor for almost a month at this point. I asked for a refund from the store and despite their inability to deliver when promised a refund of my cash purchase will take another 2 to 3 weeks...
I will never again purchase anything from Mor. Their prices are slightly lower than some others in the area but the run around and excessive wait for delivery isn't worth it.
The corporate representative I spoke with had no answers for me. Just the standard policy. I asked since they have failed to deliver as promised to refund my money more quickly so I can purchase the items elsewhere. Nope...They won't do anything to satisfy my complaint.
Mor Furniture...waste of time and money.
