I called Modification Services because I had tried to modify my home and was met with hostility from banks, hostility being not getting call backs for weeks only to be put on hold for hours at time and to be ultimately denied by the bank after spending hours of sending them information. I could not lose my home and had almost given up. I saw a sign with their information and I called them, I was weary at first but they were very honest and told me they would try but could not guarantee anything. I ended up getting my home modified and saving over $700 a month on a fixed rate loan. I tried and failed but these guys are the real deal. If you are thinking of doing it yourself and enjoy hold music, faxing the same 50 page document 13 times to someone who swears they didn't get the fax, have faith in banks and mortgage brokers that will do the right thing, then you don't need these guys to do it for you. For the rest of the people who value their sanity, call these guys. They were worth every penny I spent. I hope this helps whoever reads this and I pray you get the same results I got.
