I've taken pilates for the past five years, since I left college. After a few mat classes, pilates to me was a good ab work out and nothing more. I was driving home one evening and while sitting in traffic I saw Mind 2 Body.
I researched on Google and found their website. At first I was a little hesitant to go to a one on one session. But I really needed help with my body and I wanted to see the results that I noticed my friend had achieved. ( You know how us girl can be so competitive. )
Never has my body felt so good and now I'm hooked. I'm seriously considering becoming a certified pilates instructor through Mind 2 Body. I have never been in better shape, and I have achieved a level of fitness and endurance I never expected! Physically and mentally I feel like a million bucks. Go check this place out and over time it will change your life.
