Don't order if you want your items in a timely manner

I made my order on July 15, and immediately received an email saying that my order would take 2-3 days to process, and then I would receive a tracking number and my order should arrive in 3-5 days. After 10 days, I still hadn't received a tracking number, so I decided to email their customer support. The support personnel apologized for the delay, and said he/she would have someone ship it out in the next 24-48 hours. After 72 hours, I still hadn't received confirmation, so I emailed again. The person apologized again, said they would send me a free shirt, and told me they would have their warehouse ship it out that day. This was a Friday, and I did not receive any confirmation. Over the weekend, I left a message and an email saying that I would chargeback my order if they did not send it to me immediately. On Monday, I received confirmation that my order was shipped, and received it two days later, Wednesday, August 5, 21 days after I made my order. I did not receive a free shirt, and I do not plan to order from these guys again.
