This company bought the internet provider, Speakeasy, with which I had an account for ten years. Service immediately started to deteriorate. I cancelled my account on May 4, 2011. There is a credit balance of $114 in my account -- Megapath does not dispute this. I have telephoned them seven times. They always promise a refund, but it never appears. I believe they have no intention of refunding my money (which they freely admit is mine and should be refunded), and are just hoping I will give up and go away.
Do not have anything to do with this company!
