This company has good insulin pumps if they are set up and calibrated with each individual. However this company drops the ball with working with Doctors and patients together. The customer service staff are decent caring people, but the ones running the company seem to be greed based in my opinion and many others that I have spoken with. I am also an advocate for the JDRF and the ADA, and recommend that anyone looking for an insulin pump to do their research on all pumps available, and do Not be afraid to ask questions about these devices as they are needed for well-being of diabetes care. Overall their CEO's and upper management need to actually listen to their 'supposed' recorded phone calls to better their company's compassion and care with their customers/patients. I personally have been threatened by their legal team for asking for assistance, because they will Not admit that they were wrong. Their (CGM) Continuous Glucose Monitoring system is Not covered by many insurance companies like Medicare and Medicaid, and the company which knows this should state this to their customers before they try to sell their pumps.
