This company shouldn't be allowed to do business in the USA much less use it in their name. I got a quad for my son for Christmas. It arrived with little damage, misaligned front wheels, missing nut and bolt for the handle bars(they say they check every product as part of QC), no owners manual or sticker packet as promised and would not start. They tell you to spray starter fluid in there and expect you to repair and assemble their product. You can't speak to anyone live and I wonder if Mark Bates is a real person. The first day of use, the pull start broke. I actually got a replacement pull start but, that's right, that one broke too. We actually had the thing running for about 30 minutes but now it will only run for about 30 seconds, and will only move on a flat hard surface. This thing is the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen. I am re-contacting my credit card company and my lawyer if necessary. If anyone reads this and wants to jump on, contact me because I'm not letting this company get away with this.
