I signed up for their free 14 day trial on 3-10-09. I was required to cancel during that period to avoid being charged the 89.95 for their auto ship program. I did this by email on 3-13-09 (3 days after signing up) and received a confirmation back.
However, they did charge me the 89.95 and said they never received my email. I sent them a copy and they demand to see the confirmation they sent back. Three days ago I emptied my inbox and then deleted my trash bin. Two days later they charged my bank account with the 89.95. I am very upset and they are not willing to refund my money. I followed their policy completely.
