Beware this contractor - On the verge of financial ruin - Dishonest - a forger & perjurer

This contractor, a once successful reputable man, is on the brink of financial ruin. More significantly, I gave him $10,000 down on a $0.00 contract for insurance repairs to my home due to storm damage- he told me to give him the entire $10K so he would not have to bother me for "draws". We executed 2 contracts $1800 paid in full for electric upgrades (non insurance work) and $0.00 contract for major repairs, contingent on him providing a detailed cost estimate to Liberty Mutual for his price, which he stated would be over 30K. I was only approved $19K. He never prepared the estimate, Liberty Mutual told me to get another contractor after 4 months of me begging him for an estimate. He never answers his phone! Beware, he comes across as a honest guy, brags about his big projects, but because his wife and him are in a bitter financial dispute over properties that he illegally encumbered, he is on the edge of financial ruin. Do not be caught up in his desperation! This is a true and honest warning and everything I have said here if verifiable. Go to the Burlington County website and check for Lis Pendens against 4 of his properties, filed by his wife's attorneys and a record of over 10 lawsuits in Burlington County. This company is dishonest! He forged my original contract and then lied about it on a sworn certification. He committed forgery and perjury, to him theft is just the beginning. He has ruined the life of me and my husband, both seniors. I am going through breast cancer treatment - this stress of having my home gutted, without walls or insulation, is almost more than I can bare! All he had to do was prepare an estimate - I wanted him to do the work - I trusted him so much I gave him $10K. Then when he stopped communicating with me entirely, I sent him a cancellation notice- he and his electrical subcontractor MDM Electric went into my home, without my knowledge, and re-wired, improper and incomplete electrical connections. I cannot close in the walls until the electric is fixed but he took my money to fund his other projects or his life with his paramour. That is why I am warning everyone.
