Poorest customer service ever!!

I have been doing business with this company for over a year, therefore, I felt confident in ordering something new from them. BIG BIG MISTAKE!! I placed my orders, plural, but ordered and paid separately. My first order was perfect and the exact quality and fat shipping I've come to expect. My second order, however, is a whole new story. My debit card was promptly charged $132.84, on June 30, 2017. As of today, July 16, 2017, I have not been able to leave a voice message because the mailbox is full. I have sent emails every day since July 5, 2017. Still no response via phone or email. No refund or explanation of the problems. I am having to go through the hassle and red tape of disputing the charge, which means it could be 6-8 weeks before I can get the money back. I am willing to pay a little more fit the product if it means decent customer service. I would have given a zero star, but my usual order was spot on. Be very leery of this place.
