They completely screwed up my Kentucky Offer in Settlement, asking for half of what was owed, and failed to file any offer at all for one of the two years for which I owed. The IRS just levied by bank account because according to their records no OIC was in place, and no contact had been made. I fired them last August, but I had received a number of levy notices prior to that, which I forwarded, and which they told me now to worry about.
They apparently only have one certified person--Karl Jones--and he either spends too much time golfing or drinking, because what in any other professional context would have taken a week or two took him MONTHS. I hired them in February, and neither offer was filed until May.
Stay away.
