Hi,
I too sent $2495.00 to this "law firm" in hopes of them helping me do a loan modification on my mortgage. They said they could help me. I checked them out on BBB and in August when this started they had an A+ rating and I now see it is an F. They were really good at first at returning my calls and staying in contact with me and now, like you said, all the numbers I have for them are disconnected and an email I sent came back undeliverable. I wonder if it was a scam or if they went out of business. My situation is not good and this just made it much worse. I'm glad I'm not alone, but I am so sorry for anyone else who has had this experience with this company. I am going to take Bill's advice and call the State Bar of California. I'm assuming I'm out my money, but if anyone knows something I don't about getting it back, let me know.
