We had a great experience with this business in the fall of 2010.
We just purchased a condo in the area which came with nothing in it except a floor that needed replacing in two rooms.
We had one weekend to make all our arrangements so we were at the showroom as it opened on Saturday. The store's manager, Donna Horrigan, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, guiding us through our options - the
benefits of the different types and sizes of stones. She sent us off with some samples two hours later so we could
choose in the apartment's lighting.
On Sunday she came to take exact measurements, bringing along an installation contractor to give us an estimate.
As far as pricing goes, I believe we got a fair, even good price on the tile. We did not need a rock-bottom price since this was a major investment and something not easily changed once installed. What we needed was quality at a good price and we got it.
We are now delighted with the result...it has made a huge difference in the apartment. The whole process was simple. We got "triple A" service and quality and we have recommended them to friends.
