I would give 1/2 star if it would let me. This place is super unprofessional from start to finish. I sent the exact measurements and design of what would work in the kitchen remodel and the designer completely ignores it and does what she thinks would be best. She pays no attention to the features and shape of the kitchen and made a design not even feasible. She doesn't pay any attention to the features requested by the client. Someone comes to measure and low and behold the design isn't going to work and the measurements are all wrong. Instead of admitting her mistake she tries to blame my secretary and get her in trouble for the mistake. Finally they get the design correct then came the install. First they handed my customer the receipt instead of me. They had given me a 25% discount because I am a contractor and I reserve that 25% for myself. Now the customer knows what I paid and I lost that money. They installed the drawer assembly crooked and a couple of the doors were chipped, They put stickers over some of the things. We had to contact the installation manager several times. It took 2 more times for them to get everything right so that my customer was happy. Just sloppy business all around I would not use them again which is sad because they do have a nice product. I have tried to resolve this many times with the company and the manager can't even return any of my calls.
