I told this breeder back in July 2010, that I was interested in getting a male Panda German Shepherd for breeding purposes. She sounded very knowledgeable. She even claims to be a vet tech. So of course, after several conversations, I felt confident that I would get a happy, healthy puppy. Boy was I wrong! Oh my puppy was happy...that was his personality. However, he had an umbilical hernia, only 1 descended testicle and a grade 2 heart murmur when I took him into my vet. Melisa did replace the puppy. She even took the replacement puppy to the vet and paid to have it health checked right in front of me. She not only kept her contractual obligations, but she took an extra step to ensure the replacement puppy was healthy.
