This company is the worse company I have made bussiness with. I paid for 5 units and they were suppose to ship them a week ago. They haven't done anything, I don't have my units, they don't want to credit the money to my credit card. It's a completly dissapointment. Still fighting to get my money back, but they just said, oh the owner is the only one who can authorize that and she rarely comes to the company. What kind of answer is that???? They have managers and they cannot help to solve the problem.... All I am asking a refund since I haven't gotten the units.
