Joystar is in fact not paying commissions out to it's agents. They update the agents statements to show what is supposed to be sent out, but do not actually pay. The commissions department tells me they have no information as to the status of the checks. I have not seen a payment since October 1. VP says checks are being sent out daily, but nothing yet. As of right now they owe me $2000.00. I know of many agents that are owed much more.
