The Rainbow vaccum is a good vaccum. However it is very very expensive. I bought one because of the air purifier and the way that it deodorizes. It has a built in feature that allows you to add a fragrance and it blows it out into the house while it purifies. This is a good feature. However, the sales representative did his job well. He was in my house for 2-3 hours. The smells were wonderful. He had my house smelling wonderful. When he left he gave us the instructions on how to add the fragrance. It doesn't give the same strong smell through the house as it did when he was there. So what does that mean??? Looking back at it now, the Sales rep continually added the fragrance to the water in order to get a sale. Well it worked. After a week of not getting the smells that I wanted I tried to send it back. The company would not take it back. Come to find out they only give you a 3 day return grace period. After three days you can't return it. Think fast!!!! When the sales rep signed the papers he never mentioned or showed us the return policy. He never said a word. When I called to return the vaccum the owner said that there was nothing he could do because it was after the 3 days. He said that he had to pay his sales men. So the company is more worried about paying their sales men than customer satisfaction. If you are looking to buy this product think fast you only have 3 days. The sales rep will more than likely not tell you this part because he gets the commission off of it. It is a good product but it is not worth the money!!!!!! Oh yea and READ EVERYTHING!!!!!
